Architecturally designed and built by an excellent local craftsman builder in 2000, this house has sweeping views of the hills and valleys. Built using 2 x 6 studs, insulation covered with flakeboard, Tyvek and vertical spacer strips forming channels for any water vapor to dissipate; then cedar shakes and pine clapboards individually painted on 6 sides.
